Program Description

The two-day Integrated Planning and Budgeting workshop will fully illustrate how integrated planning can effectively link your institution’s academic, financial and capital plans across all levels of the organization to achieve a common vision. The workshop will provide you with the core elements of a comprehensive integrated plan, successful processes and strategies for institutional engagement, pitfalls to avoid, and strategies for the implementation, operationalization and evaluation of your institution’s plans.
