Content Provider: Technology in Learning
Extended Education is seeking a Content Provider for online development of the course, Technology in Learning

Course Name:Technology in Learning (18 course hours)
Course Information:This course will explore different educational technologies and examine their potential impact on formal and informal learning. Course activities will include in-depth engagement with learning technologies and development of one or more artifacts that may serve as foundational applied project components. Course includes a 6-hour applied project component.
Qualifications:Interested individuals must have a Master’s degree and a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in an Adult Learning setting. A suitable combination of post-secondary education and experience may be considered. Experience in the development of online courses and/or online teaching is an asset. Also required are excellent written skills, and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
Terms of Contract:This contract will begin on January 2, 2018 and end on March 13, 2018. During this time, the Content Provider will be required to develop and submit the following materials: a course outline, a course blueprint with unit-by-unit learning outcomes, a production plan, a course schedule, an assessment overview and individual assessments, multi-media pieces as well as the course content comprising the units for online delivery of the course. The Content Provider will work with an instructional designer and a multi-disciplinary production team. It is expected that the Content Provider is available for on-site or virtual meetings with the Design and Production team between January 2 and March 13.
Payment:Payment for this course development will be $2,000.00.
